Hallo from Holland!

Quick update...

God loves His Sons and Daughters!

Europe has been amazing so far. We have had so many good laughs and a few good adventures... including our 10 hour stay in the German airport...

So G and I landed in the Dusseldorf airport in Germany around 7am Wednesday morning after about 2 days of no sleep and long travels... we were exhausted and unable to stay awake. So we were passed out on the bench in the airport waiting for our friends to arrive and woke up to find my purse had been stolen... my purse with my wallet and passport... Hallelujah. We laughed at our circumstances... called the bank to cancel my card... and then I headed to police station while Gareth stayed with the rest of our bags. Filed the report after a bit of back and forth around the airport and then headed back to sit with Gareth and wait for our friends. We laughed some more and blessed whoever it was who had taken the bag. We also prayed- Lord bring me back my passport! We knew I needed it to continue in our travels and we also knew it was His idea for us take these adventures so we had total peace that He would work it out... and guess what... a while later... maybe 30 minutes or so, the police station called and had my passport in hand! ha!! The man who had stolen it was a wanted criminal and the police had passed by him that afternoon and caught him with my passport! Come on Jesus! So we were able to go pick it up and then head to the house we were staying. Thank you Jesus! Thank you that you provide all we need! Including perfect peace and joy! Thank you that you restore everything the enemy tries to steal from us! Thank you that the enemy cannot stop your perfect plans!

So then...

We just had an amazing time seeing God's kingdom come in Germany this past weekend. Gareth and I had the honor of getting to serve and share with our friends Ashley & Steve at a small seminar in West Germany. Steve taught on what it looks like to be Sons and Daughters of God. We were so blessed to see the hunger in the German church. God's people showed up so eager to see Him move in power and love... and of course He was faithful to come! We saw God move in the hearts of His people with such love. Love seeing people touched with the truth of Gospel and the truth of who Jesus says they are- loved and approved sons and daughters. God worked to remove shame and fear and heal wounded hearts. It was beautiful. Thank you Jesus for your goodness and faithfulness to us. Thank you for letting us be vessels of your love.

Now we are in Holland visiting some amazing friends and getting to enjoy a bit of rest after a long journey. Our next adventures take us to France in a few days. We are excited to see what Jesus does in His people there! Come on Jesus!!

Thank you all for your love and prayers. We are so blessed by our amazing global family. G and I send our love!

Hoping to be better about keeping everyone posted through the journey! Lots of love!
